Trust Work is on a steady growth trajectory and is now seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team. This position offers full remote work with flexible hours, ranging from 60% to 100% workload, and requires proficiency in both German and English.
Accounting Specialist
Fully remote abroad, flexible hours 60-100%, German & English Speaking
Your future tasks for our clients:
General bookkeeping tasks of all sorts
Processing accounts payables and receivables
Reconciling accounts
Preparing financial & controlling reports
Supporting the client’s financial statements at year-end
Undertaking other accounting tasks as assigned
Configuring accounting software applications
Additionally, you will play a role in the ongoing development of our Trust Work accounting team
What we expect from our new colleague:
Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field
2+ years of professional experience in accounting or controlling
Proficiency in English and German (minimum level B2)
Advanced user skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
Familiarity with Accounting Software, such as Odoo and Business Central
Comfort with a 100% digital work setup
Ethical and professional demeanor, characterized by reliability, honesty, and commitment
High-quality standards and a commitment to meeting deadlines
Self-reliance, flexibility, and the potential to grow into a more senior role within the company
