We, two Swiss nationals, are offering two adjacent plots next to our own for long-term lease: 30-year lease with renewal options and full Chanote land title – all fully legal under Thai law.
The plots are located in Hua Hin, in the Botanica development (Google Maps: Organic Farm & Café), with the café situated right at the entrance of the estate.
There are two plots for sale:
– 580 m²
– 675 m²
Prices start from 2.1 million THB (approx. CHF 52,000).
Monthly communal costs are around CHF 18 (includes cleaning, electricity, waste collection, and 24/7 security).
If someone is interested in our house project, it can be taken over free of charge. Otherwise, everyone is free to build according to their own design.
The total cost for a house built by us, including land, is approximately CHF 155,000, depending on the chosen standard.
