Office only accessible to a limited extent
The data centre of our IT service provider was hit by a cyber attack over Whitsun. Our IT service provider reacted immediately and took the customer systems offline as a precaution. We are currently only accessible via website and e-mail to a limited extent. According to our IT service provider, data leakage cannot be excluded. Our payment systems are not in the network in question and are not affected.
We will communicate transparently. Should the situation change, we will inform you here. The authorities and all responsible agencies have been informed, our IT service provider is working continuously on the infrastructure recovery processes. Last Friday, 2 June 2023, as a precautionary measure, we informed the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner about the potential data leak.
After a longer period without availability via the usual e-mail addresses, we are now available again on our info channel and via the individual e-mail addresses of the counsellors at the usual times.
