To ensure that you are adequately covered while travelling and during stays abroad, we provide you, in cooperation with Battleface Insurance Services Limited, with access to a proven security plan.
Information on crisis coverage
This security plan supports in the following cases:
1. Unlawful detention or kidnapping
2. Extortion and coercion
3. Political threat
4. Disappearance
5. (Aircraft or vehicle) hijacking
6. Terrorist act that directly endangers the safety of an insured person
7. Violent crime
8. Pandemic
9. Natural disasters
With this security plan, the member has access to special services and trained specialists which will handle his/her case, should one of these crisis events occur. The services include the coordination of safety resources and connection with third parties, monitoring and advice, the mobilisation and the use of reaction advisers and a 24/7 emergency call centre. Costs for an emergency evacuation, interpreter, lawyer or court costs as well as transport and accommodation are also covered by Plan B. Specialists who know the local conditions and have a command of the local language take care of your safety.

Contract Information for Soliswiss Members
You may take out the security plan either as an individual or including your family. The standard Plan B provides coverage for trips of up to 90 days outside your country of residence, while Plan B Plus also covers you during long-term travel and within your country of residence.
