As every year, the Soliswiss General Assembly took place in 2024. This year on 30 May instead of August. Although it was a rainy Thursday, the mood at the AGM was anything but gloomy. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to join us in Bern!
As in the previous year, this year’s Annual General Meeting was held at the Südland Forum at Effingerstrasse 15. The Chairman of the Board led through the agenda items in a committed manner. The meeting supported all of the Board’s proposals without dissenting votes, and there were only polite abstentions, particularly with regard to the elections and, of course, the discharge of the Board and the office. The members of the Board of Directors were elected for a further term of office with excellent results. As in the previous year, Engel Copera AG was also unanimously elected as auditors. Together, we bid farewell to long-serving employee Eveline Zurwerra (Marketing, Communications & IT) and welcomed her successor, Michael Koesters.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who exercised their voting rights. We would also like to thank the members of the Board of Directors for their great commitment and tireless efforts on behalf of our cooperative.
The official part of the event was followed by an aperitif riche, where all those present had the opportunity to socialise in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Afterwards, the Board of Directors and the office rounded off the day with a good dinner at the Restaurant Eiger.
