As every year, the Soliswiss General Assembly took place again in 2025. On Tuesday, 10 June, we were pleased to welcome numerous members and guests at the “Altes Tramdepot”. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to come to Bern for the General Assembly!
This year, alongside minor amendments to the statutes, the main focus was the merger of Soliswiss AG with the Soliswiss Cooperative. All items put to the vote were approved without any opposing votes. We are very pleased that with the reintegration of Soliswiss AG, Soliswiss is once again a full cooperative.
We thank everyone who exercised their right to vote, and of course, the members of the Board who dedicate themselves to our cooperative with great commitment and enthusiasm. Our thanks also go to the auditor and the notary present.
Following the General Assembly, a relaxed apéro with a beer tasting took place. A heartfelt thank you also goes to the Tramdepot team, who organised this afternoon so well.
