We are pleased to invite you once again to our Annual General Assembly, which will take place on Tuesday, 10 June 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (doors open) at the Altes Tramdepot in Bern.
Please register for the General Assembly online to secure your place. We look forward to your participation, your input in the discussions, and your exercise of voting rights.
Two agenda items are of particular importance: the merger of Soliswiss AG with Soliswiss – Cooperative of Swiss Abroad, and the revision of the statutes.
All documents related to the meeting, as well as the merger documents (merger agreement with annex, merger report, and the three most recent audited annual financial statements of both entities), are now available for review at the Soliswiss office, Nydeggstalden 30, 3011 Bern.
